Galaxy A90 5G starts getting Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update

Samsung has already updated various Galaxy smartphones and tablets to Android 11. After rolling out the Android 11-based I UI 3.1 update to the Galaxy A70s earlier today, the company has now released the update to the Milky way A90 5G.

The Milky way A90 5G (SM-A908NK) is now getting the Android eleven-based One UI 3.1 update in South korea. The latest software update, which bears firmware version A908NKOU3DUC3, as well brings the March 2021 security patch to the smartphone. It is a major software update, so we advise you to download information technology using a Wi-Fi network.

Autonomously from issues fixes and performance improvements, the new update should bring diverse Android 11 features like chat bubbles, i-time permissions, auto permissions reset, media player widget inside the quick settings panel, a conversations section in the notifications area, and easier access to smart dwelling controls. Since it is the Ane UI 3.ane update, it should also include refreshed UI design, improved versions of stock apps from Samsung, Dynamic Lock screen and AoD customizations, more than lock screen widgets, improvements to Digital Wellbeing and parental controls, video backgrounds for calls, more features in Bixby Routines, and the ability to remove GPS location information from images.

If you are a Milky way A90 5G user from South Korea, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. We expect the Android 11 update for the Milky way A90 5G to roll out in other markets over the side by side few weeks. The smartphone was launched in September 2019 with Android 9, but information technology received the Android 10 update in early 2020 and the One UI two.five update three months ago.
